The First Business To Reply Wins. Right Now That's Not You.
Leads go cold in minutes, but most local businesses take hours — or days — to follow up. AI Sales Follow-Up replies to every enquiry within minutes by text and email, answers questions, nurtures the maybes and books the ready-to-buy leads straight into your calendar.
AI follows up every new lead by SMS and email within minutes, nurtures the slow ones and only hands you the conversations worth your time.
Fixed price, quoted before we start. You own what we build — the code, the data and the accounts — and there is no per-seat fee for the rest of time.

Leads sit unanswered for hours while you're busy on a job.
By the time you call back, they've already booked someone else.
You give up after one or two attempts — the money is in follow-up 5–8.
Slow replies quietly torch your ad spend and SEO traffic.
Three moves, in this order.
No discovery phase billed as a deliverable. We start with the sharpest problem, get something usable into your hands, then grow it from what actually breaks.

Instant first response
Every new lead gets a personalised SMS + email within minutes, around the clock — even at 9pm on a Sunday.
02
AI nurtures the maybes
The agent answers questions and runs a polite, persistent follow-up sequence until the lead replies or books.
03
Hot leads land in your calendar
Ready-to-buy leads are booked or escalated to you — so you only spend time on conversations worth having.

Every click and ranking converts harder
One build. Everything talking.
Every piece below is part of the same system, sharing one customer record. That is the whole argument for building it rather than assembling it.
Client portals
Your customers see their own jobs, quotes and documents.
Booking systems
Real availability, real rules, real travel time.
Internal tools
The app your staff use on site, built for the job.
Job management
Quote to schedule to invoice, without re-typing.
Bring us the thing that does not fit.
Fifteen minutes on the phone is usually enough for us to tell you whether this is a custom build, a piece of automation, or something you should not spend money on at all. We will say which.
If it is a build, you get a fixed price before anyone starts.
No wall of reviews. That is deliberate.
Est. 2023 · Melbourne · the book is open
We opened in 2023
So rather than borrow logos or run up a dozen five-star reviews written in one voice on one afternoon, we keep the tearsheet book empty until there is named, counted work to put in it.
What we can prove today
A fixed price before a minute of work happens. Half in earnest, with the balance only once it is live and doing what the docket said. And a number you can ring right now to watch the system answer it.
The trade for going first
Early accounts get keen terms and the principal on the job. When the numbers land we key them, count them, and print them with your name on — if, and only if, you like what they say.
The whole argument, including the part that flatters us least
Questions we get asked.
Something not covered? Ring us on 0482 022 493 — you will get a person, not a queue.
How long does it take?
A website build runs two to four weeks from brief to live. Most single systems — missed-call recovery, quoting, review requests — are running inside a week. A full setup with CRM and follow-up takes three to four weeks. You get the dates in writing with the quote.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Monthly services are month to month with thirty days notice. Project work is quoted fixed before we start, so you know the number up front. If we underestimate something, that is our problem, not a variation on your invoice.
I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Often not. If your site loads quickly and reads well, we leave it alone and wire the systems into it instead. We will tell you honestly on the call — rebuilding a site that already works is a good way to spend your money on nothing.
Why not just use Wix or Squarespace?
For a hobby, you should. But a template's job is to look acceptable, and your site's job is to make you the obvious choice when someone is comparing three tabs — then hand that enquiry to something that follows up. That is positioning, writing and wiring, not drag-and-drop. It is also why we quote fixed and measure the site on booked work.
We already pay for a booking app, a form builder and an email tool. Why change?
Add up what the pile really costs: five or six subscriptions, none of which talk to each other, plus the hours someone spends re-typing between them every week. We replace it with one system that does the forms, bookings, follow-up and invoicing in the same place. One login, flat cost, owned by you — and you cancel the subscriptions one by one as it takes over.
Is this just software I could buy myself?
Some of the parts are, and you could. What you would be buying from us is the setup, the wiring between tools, the copy that gets replies, and someone who fixes it when it breaks. Most owners who try to assemble it themselves stall halfway and go back to doing it by hand.
What if I do not know what I need?
That is the normal starting point. Book the fifteen minutes and we will ask how enquiries reach you now and where they get stuck. You get a straight recommendation, including "you do not need us for this" if that is the honest answer.
Who owns everything if we part ways?
You do. The website, the domain, the customer data, the automations. We build things in your accounts wherever possible, and hand over logins on request. No hostage situations.
