01 Tapping to call Is your number a link a phone can dial, and does it ring you? We have found call buttons that dial nothing, and one that rings a different business.
02 Opening at all Does the site open on a secure address, or does a customer meet a security warning or a hosting placeholder?
03 Asking without ringing Can someone ask for a quote or book at nine at night, when nobody picks up?
04 Opening on a phone How long the main part of your home page takes to appear on Google's Lighthouse test, throttled to a mid-range phone on 4G.
05 Knowing what works Is anything counting visits, so you can tell what the site earns?
