The price is on the wall.
Agencies hide their pricing because the number is decided after they work out what you can afford. We would rather you knew before you rang, and rang anyway.
Everything below is a real starting price. If your situation does not fit one of these, we quote it fixed before a minute of work happens, and we hold the number.
No lock-in contracts. No discovery fee. You own everything we build, code included.
First Fix
One thing is clearly broken and you want it sorted without a big project.
$2,900
one-off · usually running within two weeks
The Build
Most start hereThe business has outgrown its spreadsheets and you need the real thing.
$9,500
fixed project · 4 to 10 weeks · then $299/mo to run it
Systems Partner
You want the technical side of the business handled by someone who knows it.
$1,990/mo
month to month · build time included every month
Every line, priced.
Four groups. The doors that bring people in, the work that pays, the monthly pieces we sell as one thing, and the smaller pieces that ship inside a build rather than on their own.

Never Miss a Job
Every enquiry answered in seconds, chased until they reply, then asked for the review. You touch none of it.
$899/mo
month to month · no setup fee
Bought one at a time that is $1,648/mo. Together they are one system, so we price them as one — and if you want the traffic side run as well, that is Systems Partner at $1,990/mo.
Smaller pieces, priced inside a build
These are add-on prices — what the piece costs when it ships inside a build, a First Fix or a monthly. On its own, the smallest job we take is First Fix at $2,900, because a single piece wired into nothing is how people end up with software they do not use.

It was never us against another agency.
The real alternative to a system is a person. Most owners solve an admin problem by hiring someone to absorb it, which is the most expensive line item nobody puts on a budget.
The usual fix
Hire someone to do the admin.
A part-time admin in Melbourne runs north of $35,000 a year with super, and the cost goes up every time you grow. They also inherit the mess rather than fixing it. The same details still get typed three times, just by someone else.
~$35,000 a year, forever
What we do instead
Build the thing once and own it.
A one-off build that removes the work rather than staffing it, then a monthly to keep it running and keep improving it. It does not get sick, does not leave, and does not cost more when you put on two more people.
from $9,500 once, then $299/mo
Half in earnest. The rest when it works.
Every build is invoiced twice. Half in earnest to put you in the diary and start the work — earnest in the old sense, money that proves you mean it, and the reason we can turn other work away to make room for yours.
The second invoice does not exist until the thing is live and doing what the docket said it would do. Not when we have finished. Not when the hours are used up. When it works.
We are aware that is a harder promise than any reference we could hand you, and it is the only kind that costs us something to make. A firm paid on delivery has to be right about what it can deliver, so we would rather quote you narrowly and be sure than quote you widely and be hopeful.
I hold the number we quote you. If the work does not do what I said it would, the second invoice waits until it does — and if I cannot get it there, it does not come at all.

No surprises in the invoice.
Clause 01 What happens if the scope changes?
We docket the change before we do it, at a fixed number, and you say yes or no. Nothing reaches an invoice that you have not already agreed to in writing, and every one of those agreements stays on your counterfoil where you can go back and read it.
Clause 02 What is the monthly actually for?
Hosting, monitoring, licences we carry on your behalf, security updates, and the small changes that keep the system matching how you work. On the Systems Partner arrangement it also includes build hours each month.
Clause 03 Can I stop the monthly?
Any time, with thirty days' notice. There is no lock-in and no exit fee. You keep everything, and we hand over the accounts and the code the same week.
Clause 04 How do you take payment?
Half in earnest when you sign the docket, and the balance once it is live and working — never before. Monthlies are direct debit or card. All figures are AUD and exclude GST: we add the 10% at invoice, and you claim it back like every other business expense.
Clause 05 Why is online booking $1,200 but the smallest job $2,900?
Because $1,200 is what the piece costs when it goes inside something. On its own it is not a project, it is a login — and a booking form wired into nothing is how people end up paying for software they never open. First Fix at $2,900 buys the piece plus the mapping, the connections to what you already run, and your team shown how to use it. If all you want is the piece, buy it as part of a build and the $1,200 is what it adds.
Clause 06 Do you work outside Melbourne?
We do, across regional Victoria and interstate. But we will say plainly that the local ones get more of us in the room, and that tends to show in the result.
