We built this for ourselves first.
This is not an agency that discovered local business. It is a local business that got sick of losing work and built the fix, then found other owners wanted the same thing.
Two people, in Melbourne, on every account. Nothing is offshored and nothing is handed to a junior once the contract is signed.
Fixed prices, published. No lock-in. You own everything we build, code included.
The phone kept ringing while we were up a ladder.
We were running a trade business in Melbourne and losing work exactly the way everyone else does. The phone would ring while you were on a job, and by the time you called back that evening the customer had already booked someone else. Quotes sat in the ute for three days. Good customers came and went without ever being asked for a review.
None of it was a work-harder problem. We were already flat out. It was that the business had no system for the bit between someone wanting to hire you and actually booking — so it fell to whoever had a spare minute, which was nobody.
So we built one. Missed calls got texted back automatically. Every enquiry landed in one list. Quotes went out the same day and chased themselves. Reviews got asked for after every job without anyone remembering to do it.
It worked, and other owners started asking who set it up. That is the whole origin story. No growth-hacking background, no offshore team, no five-year plan — just the thing we needed, built properly, now built for other people who are too busy doing the work to chase the work.
Which is why we talk about hours and jobs rather than platforms and stacks. We are not going to sell you an acquisition funnel. We will tell you your phone is costing you about nine grand a year, and offer to fix it.
Accounts held
Four things we will not budge on.
Every one of them costs us money at some point. They are still the reason the referrals keep coming.
01
Prices belong on the website
Hiding the number behind a form is a way of working out what you will pay, not what it costs. Ours are published, and they do not move because of how your business looks on a call.
02
We will tell you when you do not need us
If your site is fine, we say so and wire the systems into it instead. Rebuilding something that already works is the easiest money in this industry and the fastest way to lose a client for good.
03
You own everything
The site, the domain, the customer list, the automations — built in your accounts wherever possible. If you ever leave, you leave with the lot and we hand over the logins the same week.
04
We report in jobs
Impressions and click-through rates pay nobody’s mortgage. Every month you get one page: enquiries in, jobs booked, what it cost.
What actually happens.
Four steps, and none of them involve a discovery workshop billed as a deliverable.
Step 01
A fifteen-minute call
You tell us how work reaches you now and where it gets stuck. We ask a lot of questions. No slides.
Step 02
A fixed price
A written scope and one number. Not an hourly rate, and not a range that moves once we start.
Step 03
We build it
Usually one to four weeks. You see it as it goes, and we change what you want changed while it is still cheap to change.
Step 04
It runs quiet
We keep it working and you get on with the job. Ring us when something needs changing.
Four accounts, three doors.
Everything is priced on the website. If your situation does not fit one of them, we quote it fixed before we start.
Questions we get asked.
Something not covered? Ring us on 0482 022 493 — you will get a person, not a queue.
How long does it take?
A website build runs two to four weeks from brief to live. Most single systems — missed-call recovery, quoting, review requests — are running inside a week. A full setup with CRM and follow-up takes three to four weeks. You get the dates in writing with the quote.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Monthly services are month to month with thirty days notice. Project work is quoted fixed before we start, so you know the number up front. If we underestimate something, that is our problem, not a variation on your invoice.
I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Often not. If your site loads quickly and reads well, we leave it alone and wire the systems into it instead. We will tell you honestly on the call — rebuilding a site that already works is a good way to spend your money on nothing.
Why not just use Wix or Squarespace?
For a hobby, you should. But a template's job is to look acceptable, and your site's job is to make you the obvious choice when someone is comparing three tabs — then hand that enquiry to something that follows up. That is positioning, writing and wiring, not drag-and-drop. It is also why we quote fixed and measure the site on booked work.
We already pay for a booking app, a form builder and an email tool. Why change?
Add up what the pile really costs: five or six subscriptions, none of which talk to each other, plus the hours someone spends re-typing between them every week. We replace it with one system that does the forms, bookings, follow-up and invoicing in the same place. One login, flat cost, owned by you — and you cancel the subscriptions one by one as it takes over.
Is this just software I could buy myself?
Some of the parts are, and you could. What you would be buying from us is the setup, the wiring between tools, the copy that gets replies, and someone who fixes it when it breaks. Most owners who try to assemble it themselves stall halfway and go back to doing it by hand.
What if I do not know what I need?
That is the normal starting point. Book the fifteen minutes and we will ask how enquiries reach you now and where they get stuck. You get a straight recommendation, including "you do not need us for this" if that is the honest answer.
Who owns everything if we part ways?
You do. The website, the domain, the customer data, the automations. We build things in your accounts wherever possible, and hand over logins on request. No hostage situations.
