Account no. 05  ·  Never Lose A Ringing Lead

Every Missed Call Is a Job Your Competitor Just Won.

You're with a client, mid-appointment, or just flat out — you can't answer every call. Most callers who get voicemail ring the next business on Google instead of leaving a message. So we make sure the phone still gets answered: a voice that picks up, takes the details and books the job, and an instant text back to anyone who hangs up before it does.

When you cannot get to the phone, it still gets answered — a voice that takes the details and books the job, and a text back within seconds if they hang up first.

Fixed price, quoted before we start. You own what we build — the code, the data and the accounts — and there is no per-seat fee for the rest of time.

Why people call us about this
i.

You miss calls all day while you're with the customer in front of you.

ii.

Most missed callers never leave a voicemail — they call a competitor instead.

iii.

After-hours and weekend calls go straight to lost revenue.

iv.

You have no idea how many jobs you lose to a phone you couldn't reach.

How it goes

Three moves, in this order.

No discovery phase billed as a deliverable. We start with the sharpest problem, get something usable into your hands, then grow it from what actually breaks.

01

The phone gets answered

After the rings you choose, the call is picked up instead of dumped to voicemail — 24/7, weekends and after hours. It talks like your business, not like a robot reading a script.

02

It takes the details and books

Name, number, suburb, what the job is and how urgent it sounds — captured properly, then booked into a real slot in your calendar or flagged to ring back if it needs you.

03

Anyone who hangs up gets a text

If they drop the call before it answers, an on-brand SMS hits their phone before they've dialled the next business: “Sorry we missed you — how can we help?”

The difference, line by line

The way it works now

Phone rings out while you're with a client

Caller hangs up, no voicemail

Caller googles the next business

You never even knew they called

Competitor wins the job

Once it is built

Phone rings out while you're with a client

The call gets answered anyway

Details taken, job qualified

Booked into your calendar

You ring back to a warm, booked lead

What gets built

One build. Everything talking.

Every piece below is part of the same system, sharing one customer record. That is the whole argument for building it rather than assembling it.

One record  ·  every part of it talking Fig. 2
Your website Phone call Google Maps Email Walk-in YOUR SYSTEM Capture Book Follow up Record Appointment booked Reminder sent Invoice paid Review asked

Client portals

Your customers see their own jobs, quotes and documents.

Booking systems

Real availability, real rules, real travel time.

Internal tools

The app your staff use on site, built for the job.

Job management

Quote to schedule to invoice, without re-typing.

The next step

Bring us the thing that does not fit.

Fifteen minutes on the phone is usually enough for us to tell you whether this is a custom build, a piece of automation, or something you should not spend money on at all. We will say which.

If it is a build, you get a fixed price before anyone starts.

Where we stand

No wall of reviews. That is deliberate.

Est. 2023  ·  Melbourne  ·  the book is open

We opened in 2023

So rather than borrow logos or run up a dozen five-star reviews written in one voice on one afternoon, we keep the tearsheet book empty until there is named, counted work to put in it.

What we can prove today

A fixed price before a minute of work happens. Half in earnest, with the balance only once it is live and doing what the docket said. And a number you can ring right now to watch the system answer it.

The trade for going first

Early accounts get keen terms and the principal on the job. When the numbers land we key them, count them, and print them with your name on — if, and only if, you like what they say.

The whole argument, including the part that flatters us least

Before you ask

Questions we get asked.

Something not covered? Ring us on 0482 022 493 — you will get a person, not a queue.

How long does it take?

A website build runs two to four weeks from brief to live. Most single systems — missed-call recovery, quoting, review requests — are running inside a week. A full setup with CRM and follow-up takes three to four weeks. You get the dates in writing with the quote.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Monthly services are month to month with thirty days notice. Project work is quoted fixed before we start, so you know the number up front. If we underestimate something, that is our problem, not a variation on your invoice.

I already have a website. Do I need a new one?

Often not. If your site loads quickly and reads well, we leave it alone and wire the systems into it instead. We will tell you honestly on the call — rebuilding a site that already works is a good way to spend your money on nothing.

Why not just use Wix or Squarespace?

For a hobby, you should. But a template's job is to look acceptable, and your site's job is to make you the obvious choice when someone is comparing three tabs — then hand that enquiry to something that follows up. That is positioning, writing and wiring, not drag-and-drop. It is also why we quote fixed and measure the site on booked work.

We already pay for a booking app, a form builder and an email tool. Why change?

Add up what the pile really costs: five or six subscriptions, none of which talk to each other, plus the hours someone spends re-typing between them every week. We replace it with one system that does the forms, bookings, follow-up and invoicing in the same place. One login, flat cost, owned by you — and you cancel the subscriptions one by one as it takes over.

Is this just software I could buy myself?

Some of the parts are, and you could. What you would be buying from us is the setup, the wiring between tools, the copy that gets replies, and someone who fixes it when it breaks. Most owners who try to assemble it themselves stall halfway and go back to doing it by hand.

What if I do not know what I need?

That is the normal starting point. Book the fifteen minutes and we will ask how enquiries reach you now and where they get stuck. You get a straight recommendation, including "you do not need us for this" if that is the honest answer.

Who owns everything if we part ways?

You do. The website, the domain, the customer data, the automations. We build things in your accounts wherever possible, and hand over logins on request. No hostage situations.
