Questions we get asked every week
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly for an initial consultation.
What happens at the first visit?
We take a history, assess the area causing you trouble, and explain what we find before any treatment starts. You are told what is planned before we begin, not after.
How many visits will I need?
It varies by person and by what is causing the pain. We review progress regularly and adjust the plan rather than committing you to a fixed course up front.
Do you accept private health rebates?
Most extras policies cover chiropractic. We can process the claim on the spot with HICAPS; Medicare does not cover chiropractic without a GP care plan.
Is it suitable during pregnancy or for children?
We ask about pregnancy and any medical conditions at your first visit and adjust our approach accordingly. Tell us up front and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged at the full visit rate.
