Electric eel or jetter, then a camera down the line so you can see what caused it.

Questions we get asked every week
What does it cost to get you out?
A$180 covers the call-out and the first hour on site during business hours, A$260 after 6pm and on weekends. You are told which one applies when you ring, before anyone leaves the yard.
Do you answer after hours?
Yes, every night and every weekend. If it can wait until morning we will tell you that instead of charging you the after-hours rate.
Are you licensed?
Yes, licensed with the Victorian Building Authority, and every gas and drainage job leaves you with the compliance certificate the law requires.
Will you tell me the price before you start?
Always. We look at the job, give you a number, and you decide. Nothing beyond the call-out happens without you agreeing to the price first.
Can you unblock a drain without digging?
Usually. A jetter clears most blockages through the existing inspection point, and the camera tells us whether roots or a collapse mean it has to be dug. You see the footage either way.
Do you guarantee the work?
Twelve months on workmanship, plus the manufacturer's warranty on anything we supply.
