Questions we get asked every week
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly. If you have an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) referral from your GP, bring it, since it affects your Medicare rebate.
Do you accept Medicare or private health rebates?
EPC referrals get a Medicare rebate on eligible sessions, and most private health extras cover physiotherapy. We can process the claim on the spot with HICAPS.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the injury and how it responds to treatment. After your first session we will give you an estimate of the likely course, not a fixed number up front.
What should I wear or bring?
Loose, comfortable clothing that lets us see and move the area involved. Bring any scans or reports you have, and your EPC referral if you have one.
Do you treat sports injuries and post-surgery rehab?
Yes, both. Post-surgery rehab does not need a referral, though your surgeon's notes help us plan the sessions.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged at the full session rate.
